Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 788pk ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 788pk online gaming platform accessible at 788pk.cam and any associated mobile applications, services, features or content (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, accessing any game, or otherwise engaging with the Services in any way, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the Services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 788pk, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of 788pk or the Operator.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform.
• All registration information you provide is true, accurate, complete and current.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, email, phone number, device, IP address or payment method — are prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

4.2 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You must promptly update this information if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. 788pk will never ask for your password. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach.

4.4 Account Currency

The default account currency on 788pk is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency settings are confirmed at registration. Changing account currency post-registration may require closure and re-creation of the Account at the Operator's discretion.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. 788pk does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Operator and displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability is subject to change without advance notice.

References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are made as familiar contextual references for Pakistani users only. These providers do not endorse, facilitate or have any affiliation with 788pk or gambling activities. Users must verify available deposit methods directly in the Platform cashier.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC/AML verification prior to or at the time of your first withdrawal request.
• Any active Bonus must have its associated wagering requirements fully satisfied before withdrawal of Bonus-derived funds.
• The withdrawal method must match your verified identity and the deposit method used where applicable.
• The requested withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold specified in the cashier.
• The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by method and operator queue. No guaranteed processing-time commitments are made. Refer to the cashier for indicative timelines.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

788pk and the Operator are committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The Platform may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual activity patterns. Deposits must reflect lawfully earned funds. Any suspicion of money laundering may result in Account suspension and mandatory reporting to appropriate authorities.

All bonus offers and promotional campaigns on 788pk are subject to specific terms, which are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these General Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only and are non-transferable.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, household, device or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified expiry period, failing which the Bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply during active wagering — placing bets above the stated maximum may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and all derived winnings.
• Game contribution rates vary by game category. Live dealer and table games typically contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. Check each promotion's specific terms.
• The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any User found to be exploiting bonus offers — whether through pattern betting, irregular staking sequences, collusion with other Users or any other form of bonus abuse — may have their Bonus voided, their Account suspended and any winnings derived from such activity forfeited. The Platform's determination in such cases is final.

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of wagers on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed except in circumstances expressly permitted by the relevant game or sport rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, network failure or system error affecting the outcome of a game or bet, the Platform reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live/in-play bets are subject to enhanced market suspension periods. The Platform is not liable for delays in accepting live bets caused by connectivity issues on the User's end.
• Cricket markets — including but not limited to PSL T20, ICC tournaments and Pakistan international series — are offered for informational and wagering purposes only. 788pk has no official affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and/or legal action:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities — any such issues must be reported to support immediately.
• Any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or use of proceeds of crime on the Platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent charge-backs or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which the Services are prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to circumvent Platform security systems, geo-restrictions or age-verification controls.

All content on the 788pk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the property of the Operator or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: download or copy Account information for the benefit of a third party; scrape, crawl or extract Platform data in bulk; reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works of any Platform content without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788pk and the Operator shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.
• Any technical failures, service interruptions or data loss caused by circumstances outside the Platform's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.
• Any third-party content, products or services accessible through the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Platform's total liability to any User shall not exceed the value of funds held in that User's Account at the time the liability arises.

788pk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following player-protection tools are available to all registered Users from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage spending.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for a chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term Account exclusion at any time. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Regular prompts displaying session duration and net gaming activity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. The Operator holds applicable gaming licences under its regulatory framework; specific licensing details are published in the Operator's official platform documentation.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for verifying whether accessing the Services is lawful in your own jurisdiction before doing so.
• 788pk does not operate under a Pakistani gaming licence and does not make any representation that the Services are lawful in Pakistan.
• Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and associated provincial legislation may restrict or prohibit online gambling. This document does not constitute legal advice on Pakistani law.
• Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

788pk reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, the Platform will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.

14.1 Closure by User

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of applicable bonus balances) will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC requirements and confirmation that no outstanding wagering conditions apply.

14.2 Closure by the Platform

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Provision of false registration information.
• Detection of bonus abuse or collusive behaviour.
• Legal or regulatory requirement.
• Discovery that the User does not meet eligibility requirements, including age requirements.

In cases of Account closure due to Terms breach, the Platform may withhold funds pending investigation. Where closure is regulatory in nature, funds may be held pending direction from competent authorities.
