The Services are strictly intended for adults aged 18 and above, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. 788pk does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals below the applicable minimum age.

Where we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account. Parents or guardians who believe a minor may have registered an Account on 788pk should contact support immediately.

788pk is operated by an entity based outside Pakistan. Accordingly, your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in and processed in countries outside Pakistan, including the Operator's country of incorporation and countries where third-party processors are located.
